Here is a selection of eye exercises (words, numbers and letters) to help you "give your eyes legs". Ideally print out the eye exercise so that you can make the marks quickly (as in your training). If you like, you can use the last sheet for error correction. (On the other hand, the correction could be viewed as part of the training procedure: fast, no regression.)
Brief reminder of the task: the first word (or letter/number sequence) in each case is the reference word. This is repeated 1x, 2x or not at all in the rest of the line, and you mark it exactly where it is repeated.
In this exercise you train consistent forward alignment – and also that you are fast without leaving anything out. Also reduce the inner voice, and fix four to five times per line (no chunking exercise!).
